50% non refundable deposit on all orders

$100 non refundable retainer for wedding cakes

25% non refundable retainer on catering orders. 50% non refundable retainer when canceled with less than 8 weeks to date. 100% non refundable when canceled within 2 weeks of date. 

weddings and catering subject to contract. Payment of a retainer enters into contract regardless of signature.
